Feast of the 7 Fishes? Try 6 Crustaceans and a Sausage!

As a young family new to Staten Island, neighbors invited us to spend Christmas Eve with them and their extended Italian American family as they celebrated The Feast of Seven Fishes. The tradition gathers family around a feast of seven different seafood dishes served over seven courses. We were honored and grateful, and the food was amazing! As grateful (and full) as I was when we left that evening, I couldn't help thinking how much preparation was involved and cleanup must have lasted well into the wee hours of Christmas Day!

At this time of year all of us are scrambling to make the Holidays special. The shopping, the baking, the decorating, it's overwhelming! So this year, how about creating a new stress free holiday seafood tradition that will wow your friends and family? O

ur Signature Seafood Boils combine up to 6 different seafood items including jumbo shrimp, Alaskan snow crab, lobster tails, sweet scallops, little neck clams and PEI mussels with an authentic andouille sausage, sweet corn, vidalia onion and buttery red bliss potatoes all layered together in our take home steamer pot. All you need to do is add two cups of liquid (beer, wine, water) and steam right on your stovetop. It couldn't be easier, or more delicious! And clean-up? It's as quick as Santa sliding down the chimney on Christmas Eve!

Our business was founded on the premise that some of the best memories are made gathered around the table with family and friends. We'd be honored to be part of your family's holiday traditions. Perhaps the simplicity and ease of Outer Banks Boil Company's Feast of Six Crustaceans and Sausage is just what we all need this Holiday Season!
