Matt Khouri's professor back in those days may not have thought his idea - to replicate a family beach tradition of steaming up a huge pot of potatoes, fresh corn, andouille sausage and shrimp, then dumping it on a covered table and sharing it with friends and family - was the best. Matt's dedication extends beyond his business to the whole of OBX as well. He's fully dedicated to the locale and, in fact, is now part of the burgeoning Outer Banks Aviation. Another passion of Matt's that he's turning into reality.

We aren't just steaming seafood here - we're making memories! With over ONE MILLION pots served, we're proud of the smiles we've coaxed, the families we've brought together, and the traditions we've started. It's been a privilege to be a small part of bringing you all together!
